This week has been crazy! Between work, taking care of L.J. and packing every night…this mama is exhausted. I am so ready for Mike to get home and my parents to arrive so I have some extra hands on deck.
On Wednesday I gave up trying to cook in a half-empty kitchen. I had a grand idea that I was going to make soup earlier this week so we could eat on it for a few days. Yeah right! Nobody got time for that. So Wednesday evening I picked up a pizza from Gallas and we’ve been eating that for a few days instead. In the words of L.J., “Mmmm!!”
Yesterday morning, just in case I wasn’t juggling enough, I got a large screw in my tire. I thought the van felt a little off on the way to school and noticed the flat tire when I got L.J. out. Thank goodness I was at school and not stuck on the side of the road! AAA took well over an hour to get there, but I didn’t mind too much because I got to snuggle the tiny babies and help with picture day. I was having fun!
Moving day is tomorrow. I’m praying that everything goes well and the weather cooperates!
