Ok, so I am getting bad about posting L.J.’s weekly picks…but we are still taking them! I love this little tradition and it will be so neat to look back at them on his first birthday.
L.J. has been working on his motor skills these past few weeks. He has been working hard at sitting up and is now a pretty confident sitter, tumbling only occasionally. He can also get himself back to a sitting position if he leans back on the Boppy pillow.
He is also becoming quite mobile! He rolls everywhere and is quite adept at getting around in this fashion. And fast! He can get halfway across the room in the blink of an eye.
(I could barely get a 31 Week photo because L.J. now just wants to eat his sign. I thought maybe I’d PhotoShop the signs going forward – hence 32 Weeks – but Mike begged me to keep doing the homemade ones!)
(And it was mis-matched shoe day at school, hence the random socks…)
We’ve had some sleep struggles recently. I think he is growing and changing so much that he just can’t quite keep up with himself. He has frequently been ready to go to bed before his bedtime (due to poor napping) and also had a stretch where he was waking up and wanting a bottle at 4 a.m. every morning. Thankfully he seems to be getting back on schedule.
