Things I have never heard from an alterations seamstress before:

“We need to expand it by three inches at the top of the zipper and four inches at the bottom.”

“Your breasts are too big for those small sew-in cups. Try to squeeze them in more.”

“We need to do the final fitting just a few days before the wedding because you will be even a little bigger by then.”
