Shopping for a pocket square with Uncle J.T. – he was fascinated by the mirrored clothing racks!
Finally gave in to taking a nap...
Firmly smashed up against the glass watching the log truck pick up logs.
So tired running errands*…
Having fun at his favorite park!
Sit! He wanted baby to sit next to him; he accomplished it all by himself!
Winding down before bed with dragon and Daddy
I love this picture. R’s dad discovered him like this when doing drop-off the other morning. Hilarious.
Trying on daddy’s shoes
No, he is not allowed on the coffee table. But I couldn’t resist the opportunity for cute picture!
So thrilled that daddy let him stand at the top of the stepstool!
His newest favorite thing ever, Pete the Cat. Also known as “Pee-Cat!!”
*Funny story about the stroller photo. We were at the mall and I needed to exchange a shirt I had bought a few days prior; I realized it had a hole under the arm when it came out of the dryer. The store clerk informed me that since it was washed, I might have worn it. And they can only return merchandise that they can resell. (So they can resell a shirt with a hole if it isn’t washed??) The situation was handled terribly by a young and very uninformed store clerk, and as it was going on L.J. got the top off his milk and spilled it all over the floor. I silently congratulated him on his excellent-though-unintended timing. It took all the remaining paper towels on the store’s roll to clean it up, and I threw those sopping wet things in the can right under the register. Bet that smelled stellar a few hours later. Oh, and I did get the shirt exchanged. But only after arguing that an even exchange means I don’t owe anything extra.
