Still basking in the glory of itchy spots and Benadryl fog. It’s been a fun few days. Overall the swelling has gone down, though I still feel pretty swollen/puffed up overall from the steroid prescription. The hives come and go as they please; picking different spots to appear each time. They itch like crazy when they appear! I’m looking forward to waking up not having my legs and feet feel like they are on fire.
In other news, this little man in now speaking in sentences! Similar to his words and phrases, the transition seemed to happen overnight. We keep doing double-takes when he talks. Our favorite so far is “I go shopping!” He’s also saying longer words clearly, including “kitchen” and “medicine.” Of course, some of his cutest words are still the slightly mispronounced ones – such as ‘froo-nacks’ for ‘fruit snacks’.
